Spacious room and finally an effective and quick communication with the staff using the text system. The little shop in the middle of the place where the pools are was quite complete with plenty of options and sundries and everything for a long stay by the pool. No sit-down restaurant options here though, keep in mind. Lastly, I totally understand the reason for the policy of emptying the ice tray in the fridge after each guess, but keep in mind it might wake you up at night each time new ice is being formed (and no option to turn it off I could find). Other than that, spacious room with three different ambients, balcony much smaller than what I thought.

My room had a musty smell and was only partially renovated. My tub and shower still had very old tile around it but I was told I was staying in the most recently renovated building. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping. The pizza and café on-site is great. It stays open late and opens early for breakfast. The food was very good.

I'm staying here for a week and I really enjoy having a separate bedroom and full kitchen. I have a nice little screened in balcony and a very large bathroom with tub and shower. I came solo to visit family, but I think this would really be great for people with kids because there is a playground, two pools and daily activities.

Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas in Orlando is in a prime location close to a lot of things to do. It’s conveniently near Universal Studios and offers free shuttles to theme parks through a partnership with a neighboring vacation property. Shopping and restaurants are close by, along with other attractions, gas stations, souvenir shops, pharmacies, and easy access to Disney Springs. The property itself is quiet, and the overall vibe is friendly. There are several on site amenities including a pool, spa, and a convenience store with a bar. The front desk team was helpful and welcoming. The grounds are well maintained, and there’s plenty of parking, which made coming and going easy. Our stay was seven days and the room was adequate and comfortable for the length of the visit. Beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the room stayed consistent. Laundry is available, with some condos offering in unit machines and others having shared laundry located in the hallway. The only issue we experienced was minor bugs on the dining table. They did not appear harmful, but routine pest treatments would be a good thing to stay on top of if not already in place. Overall, a solid stay in a convenient and quiet location, and a good option for an Orlando visit.

My family has been coming here for years. We have loved everything about it... until this year. This year we traveled with a little one and found ourselves using the kiddie pool a lot. The enclosed pool area is wonderful... but it is positioned next to the outdoor bar and smoking area. Very poor planning from the resort. Nasty cigarette and cigar smells traveled over to the kiddie area - not cool! Also, the Thursday night Karaoke is fun, but we found it VERY loud - We were able to hear it over into building E - which is on the other side of the complex. Also, the mics were very hot and the 'performers' seemed to be yelling instead of singing.

This is our second time staying here. Once in 2023 and again in 2025. The rooms seem to have been upgraded since our 2023 stay. New laminate wood floors in the main living area and updated furniture. Its all very nice. Everything was clean, even the bathroom shower tiles. Great heated pool, large hot tub and on site deli/pizza kitchen with lots of food options and drinks. Checking in and out was easy and the staff responded quickly when we needed extra supplies and were friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Love the rooms. Love having a full kitchen. Love the amenities. Love the convenience to the attractions. The only issues with the rooms - based on our experiences with one bedroom units - are if you have someone sleeping in the bedroom you MUST go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The other issue is there is no full length mirror. Of course that's not a big issue but it would be nice.

Perfect location for our family’s Disney trip to all parks. Kitchen has everything you need and the front desk is very friendly. The beds were so comfortable after a long day at the parks. Aside from its location, the cost was well within our budget and was worth the price. Not too pricey but comfortable enough for our family and toddler.
